Payday loans online. I closed my account … what's next?
He had a few loans online day payment. Only payments by check my account. I became overwhelmed by all of them, so I hung up the account so that payment can no longer take money from him. I was hoping to arrange a payment plan with them. Does anyone know what will happen? They are a great threat leaveing messages on my phone. He says I am research by fraud and should be a lawyer! Any advice would be appreciated!
A coworker in a similar situation and the final examination of the account. Have been harassed – It was 2 months and I know what I have done nothing to the contrary. He was advised by the debt consolidator to them by default … thinking is that if they are absorbing every musician in you and you can not pay, payment of hire, etc. and not forward the debt consolidation companies can help with payday loan payment until you go into the collection. Payday loans are illegal in some countries. I want 1) talk to your state Attorney General's office to see if they legal in the state and if you some resources (fees / interest charge is absolutely ridiculous – even the release that would be useful) 2) call lawyer 3) If you are unable to produce an agreement with them and call your state imposes an obligation on building a respected, for example (see the Office the Attorney General for the recommendations) and no 4) ever make payday or title loan again. 
And by the way, I'm no lawyer or anything, but I Can not believe you have committed fraud. Fraud if the loan slows in some other name. Have breached loan and can operate to collect and lead to small claims civil court. But you can not judge that the fraud. Good luck!
